I’m an innovator, strategist and problem solver. I began consulting so I could partner with companies that want to level up their business and make an impact within their communities.
I have 25 years of experience in the hospitality and coffee industries, working with pioneering specialty coffee roasters, local restaurants and legacy corporate coffee.
I have a unique perspective and expertise that comes from many years of experience. Over my career, I have been a barista, food runner, cafe manager, barista trainer, quality control technician, production roaster, production manager, green buyer, green sales, wholesale manager and founder.
I was a Q Grader and Good Food Awards judge in the coffee category. I also own and operate my own direct to consumer e-commerce business, Strange Bird Coffee.
